The Kennett Symphony is a non-profit arts organization and relies on both ticket sales and donations for all expenses related to our artistic and educational mission. While cancelling performances is necessary for the health and safety of our patrons, staff, musicians, and volunteers, it creates a significant loss for the Kennett Symphony, making donations more important than ever. If you are able, we ask that you consider donating the cost of your tickets back to the Kennett Symphony. This donation will help sustain our work during this challenging time, and help us prepare for future performances.
Ticket holders for cancelled performances have the following options:
- Donate the value of your tickets, and receive a tax deduction for the total ticket value.
- Receive a ticket credit for a future performance of your choosing. The credit will be sent to you via email in the form of a Kennett Symphony gift certificate to be applied to a concert of your choice within one-year of your cancelled performance, based on availability.
For assistance with these ticketing options, please email the Box Office at BoxOffice@KennettSymphony.org
As you can imagine, we are responding to a high volume of emails. It may take longer than usual for us to respond, but be assured that we will respond to all requests as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience as we work to serve all of our patrons.
We miss seeing you in the concert hall. This is an extraordinarily difficult time for all and we look forward to brighter days ahead. In the meantime, we send our very best wishes for health and safety to you and yours.
